The Ark Community Room is for use of the residents but there is some spare capacity and it can be made available to appropriate local community organisations.
The Ark Community Room, which has kitchen and toilet facilities, is principally for the use of the residents but there is some
spare capacity and it can be made available to appropriate local community organisations, small commercial organisations serving
the community and/or local people.
It has capacity for up to 45 people. Bookings can be made with the Almshouses’ Manager, details of which can be found on our contact us page.

There with be a small surcharge for weekend bookings, with full terms and conditions available on request.
Parking is readily available in the public car park next to the site (the first two hours are free).
